What is the average turnaround time for prescription refills? Authorizations? Referrals?

• Please give our office 48 business hours to refill your prescription.
• We typically have authorizations completed in 72 business hours.
• Referrals to specialists typically take 72 business hours or less.

Does your office do in house lab draws? Which labs do you send labs to?

• Yes, our office has a phlebotomist here in our office from Quest.
• We send labs to Quest and Labcorp. Please call your insurance for lab coverage questions.

How long do I need to wait for lab results?

• The typical time frame is 7-10 days. However, you can sign up for patient portal which will allow patient access within 3-4 days.

How long do I need to fast for lab work?

• Please avoid any food or drink (except water) after midnight the night before your appointment.

Which vaccines are offered at your office? Does my insurance cover these vaccines?
• We offer a variety of vaccines on site including Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Pneumovax, Prevnar, TDaP, Tetanus and Shingrix
• Please contact your insurance company to verify coverage for these vaccines.

Does your office bill for a Workman’s Comp or Auto Insurance claim?

• Our office does not bill claims in these scenarios. You must pay out of pocket and submit the claim for your reimbursement. Please call the office for further details.

How much does a visit cost for a self pay patient?

Is there a charge for copies of medical records, or for a transfer of medical records?

• There is a charge for copying or transferring medical records. Please call the office for further details.
